These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of photography and videography services provided by TiAnik Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement (if applicable) and a non-refundable deposit of [50]% of the total package price.
Deposits secure your date and will be applied to the final balance.
Without a deposit, dates remain open and may be booked by other clients.
The remaining balance must be cleared on the event/shoot day, before the end of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: [Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking, Cash, etc.].
Late payments not accepted.
Client Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within [14 days] of the scheduled date require full payment.
Rescheduling: We will try to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
Force Majeure: Neither party will be held responsible for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., illness, accidents, natural disasters).
In the unlikely event the assigned photographer cannot attend, we reserve the right to substitute another professional of equal skill and style.
The client understands and agrees to our artistic style. While we aim to capture all important moments, we cannot guarantee every requested shot.
Editing style is at the discretion of TiAnik Photography.
Edited images/videos will be delivered within [3-4 weeks] after the shoot via [Online Gallery / Download Link / Physical Media].
RAW/unedited files are not provided unless stated in the contract.
All photographs and videos remain the copyright of TiAnik Photography.
The client is granted personal, non-commercial usage rights unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
The client must ensure the cooperation of guests, venue access, and adherence to the agreed schedule.
We are not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals, restrictions at the venue, or non-cooperation.
We will take all reasonable care in providing services, but we are not liable for unforeseen technical failures, equipment malfunctions, or conditions beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted services.
By booking TiAnik Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
