This Delivery Policy explains how TiAnik Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides finished photographs and videos to clients after a booking. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the delivery terms outlined below.
Edited photographs and/or videos will be delivered within 3–4 weeks after the event/shoot date, unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.
Larger projects (e.g., weddings, multi-day events, or large-scale productions) may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
Delivery timelines begin only after full payment has been received.
We deliver finished work through one or more of the following methods:
Online Gallery or Download Link – High-resolution, watermarked or non-watermarked images depending on payment status.
Physical Media – USB drives, printed albums, if included in your package.
Cloud Storage Access – For video files or large projects.
Standard delivery is in JPEG format for photographs and MP4 format for videos, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically purchased or stated in the contract.
If your package includes printed albums, framed prints, or other physical items, these will be delivered within [3 Months] after you approve the final design.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the client unless included in the package.
We keep a backup of your final delivered files for [3 months] after delivery.
After this period, we may delete the files, and it becomes the client’s responsibility to store their copies safely.
TiAnik Photography is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, internet issues, postal service delays, or natural disasters.
Clients are requested to check all delivered files within 7 days of receipt and notify us of any issues.
If no notification is received within this period, the delivery will be considered complete and accepted.
